self care is for everyone.
My goal is to get you to let go - to put aside the distractions and stress of life and relax. My scheduling allows for generous intakes and exit times. Let’s talk and have a conversation, because my job is to have a conversation with your muscles and your nervous systems… to help them remember what their jobs are…. to return to more complete state of homeostasis…
to breathe….
to mellow.

Assuming you will not be teleporting here, you may wear whatever you want … for the massage itself, you are draped and covered appropriately with a sheet (mandatory) and blanket (optional). It is completely your choice what you wear. I would love full exposure to the back, legs and are arms, but I cannot stress enough that it is up to you.
I will step out of the room to allow for your privacy to undress to your level of comfort and get on the table.
… For reflexology foot work I will need full exposure up to your knee. For hand work i need exposure to your elbow.
P.S. What do I wear for massage? So glad you asked. Personally, I leave my underwear on - I just feel more secure.
