A flowing massage, with sweeping strokes amidst areas of more focused work, this is designed to be both relaxing and therapeutic without heavy pressure. This is a head to toe massage (unless you’re on the “no thank you side” of either of those areas being touched) developed to hit every muscle group, and to really connect everything together.

finger dance

Intended to revive and refresh, this is a dance of the hands and fingers moving to the rhythm of the music, and the rhythm of your own vibrations, dancing back -a dance with the devil we call stress. At time a waltz, other times a tango, other times a furious frenzy of the mad cap jazz clubs - this dance glides, shakes, taps, pivots - all toward the goal of simply letting go.

cocoon of comfort

Immerse into total relaxation and bliss, you are cocooned in warmth while your stress and worries are wiped out. This service includes the Ecofin hand, and the Ecofin foot, both. A self warming eye mask is applied. A warming butter is used to further deepen the sensation of depth and heat. From the scalp (unless you specifically tell me otherwise) to the toes (again, unless specifically mentioned as a no-go area for you), slow, intentional movement and wave like motions designed to help you drift off. Finishing supine (face up) I start at the feet, after the turn. Before ending with the scalp, a weighted blanket is placed over you. This service includes a half hour of either allowing your body to rest, or napping in this space of warm, relaxing comfort.
